It is technically a challenging course that requires players to have good skills and experience to play it. Wayward shots can often be recovered with a shot out of the scrub.
Experienced golfers looking for the complete package often state Thai Country Club as the #1 course in Thailand.
It is a perfect example of a typical tropical golf course. The hazards here are very attractive but very difficult to play around with.
There are water features lining the golf course, ringed by palm trees and gently undulating landscapes.

There is a water feature around the par-3 goal, and it can be tricky.

It is a tricky course best suited for professional golfers. The most difficult is the approach shots since hazards on every hole guard all greens.
The golf course was designed by the legendary Australian golfer Greg Norman.
At the Thana Golf Course, you will find several long holes which very challenging without a trusty fairway wood or punchy iron.

The Royal Gems Golf City is a unique replica golf course. The golf course is located very close to the Bangkok center.

The golf course also features an entire back nine modeled on Augusta.
Water and sand hazards are abundant, making the course fairly challenging. I would not recommend Royal Gems Golf City course to beginners.

9. Suwan Golf & Country Club
The Suwan Golf and Country Club has one of the best layouts in Bangkok. It was established in the year 2005 and has gained a lot of traction since then.
The course spans an area of 7,100 yards. It offers the golfers a dramatic sloping green and a hilly layout throughout.
Water comes into play on the majority of holes, mandating a long and straight drive. The club also has a 300-yard driving range.
Additionally, it has a clubhouse, a modern locker room, rain showers, Japanese-styled baths, a Jacuzzi, and a Thai restaurant overlooking the 9th hole.

The Nikanti Golf Course is one of the newest courses opened recently. It is the only all-inclusive golf course in Thailand.
The fee includes all the services, including a meal before and after your round, soft drinks, and caddie tips.
There are prominent elevation changes and heavily contoured greens that make the course very challenging.
There is a 15-minute tee time to maintain a good pace of the play. The golf course is just an hour’s distance from Bangkok.

11. Muang Kaew Golf Course
The Muang Kaew Golf Course is located very close to Bangkok city.

There are good options for non-professional players as well.

Cascata Golf Club is another very popular and unique Golf club in Bangkok that is built on a former rice paddy field.
It was designed and built by Dr Thanawat Saprungrueng and his team in 2004.
The primary focus was on building a “tropical golf experience.”
The designer incorporated a touch of a local taste by adding water into the course that resulted in a stunning fusion i.e., the “Tropical link” course.
