The bar serves a range of signature creative cocktails crafted by expert mixologists. The Piña Colada is our favorite; it is very befitting of the fun tropical vibes of Pattaya. The bar also serves whiskey, wine, and beer if you prefer to stay classy.
For those seeking a fine dining experience, the indoor restaurant serves a fusion of meats, seafood, and grills prepared with the utmost care and artistic flair. Take advantage of the fresh catch from the coastal area and order their seafood tower. For bar bites, the crispy salmon skin is a must-try.
The price point for their food and drinks is on the expensive side. But, this is expected considering it is located in a 5-star Hilton Hotel. Come early for the Buy-1-Get-1 Sunset Session from 5 to 7 PM to get the most value for your money.

The Sky 32 is a modern architecture and design marvel situated atop the Grande Center Point Pattaya. As the name suggests, the bar is located on the 32nd floor and offers a 360-degree view of the bustling city of Pattaya. The interior’s minimalistic white and azure motif gives the bar a relaxed and refined >ambiance reminiscent of the iconic beach scene of Pattaya.
The rooftop’s modern, contemporary design is complemented by a menu that spans international and Asian dishes, appealing to a diverse palate. Their Wagyu Tenderloin with Shallot Red Wine Sauce is mouthwateringly delicious at every bite. Another favorite is the Salmon Steak with Mushroom Cream and Green Salad>; it is so yummy and light.
Unlike other rooftop bars, The Sky 32 is notably unique for its “Bring Your Own” drink concept. Yes, you read it right – the bar does not offer alcoholic beverages on its menu. Instead, they welcome guests to bring their own alcoholic drinks at no charge on corkage.
Now, this policy can either be good or bad news for you. It is an excellent idea because it allows you to add a more personal touch to your dining experience. On the other hand, it might come as a disadvantage if you find it rather inconvenient to buy your alcoholic drinks from somewhere else outside the bar.
As a bonus for in-house guests at the hotel, you can ask for your breakfast to be prepared in The Sky 32. Enjoy your first meal of the day with the stunning views and warm rays of sunshine.

The terrace’s stylish décor and comfortable seating create an inviting atmosphere, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the stunning views over Pattaya Bay.
The bar features a diverse cocktail menu, with each concoction more intriguing than the last. Of course, I got to try their version of my favorite mojito, which was refreshingly great. Craft beers, wines, and spirits are also available to choose from.
Don’t forget, their Happy Hour starts from 5 PM to 7 PM. Selected cocktail drinks are offered here on a buy 1 take 1 deal.
The Rooftop Bar serves a decent selection of tapas; watch out for their 2 plus 1 promo. If you want more extensive choices of dishes, there are three more terrace restaurants in this hotel. All serve different sets of cuisines to suit every palate.
This cocktail bar is perfect for a relaxed evening or night out, with live DJs setting the mood from Thursday to Sunday. It’s a place where cocktails and conversations flow against the backdrop of Pattaya Bay.

Virgin Rooftop Pattaya, located on the 9th floor of Pattaya Sea View Hotel, redefines the beach bar experience. It seamlessly merges the lively spirit of a beachside setting with the exclusivity of a rooftop location. The bar’s décor, featuring bamboo-style seats and daybeds floating in a rooftop plunge pool, evokes a sense of tropical luxury.
The panoramic ocean views are a perfect backdrop for the weekend DJ events, making Virgin Rooftop a must-visit for those looking to dance the night away under the stars. Be on your best outfit, as you might just be awarded the bar’s Star of the Night.
The menu boasts extensive international dishes, from steaks to pasta and salads. To continue the beach vibes, we ordered Spaghetti Lobster. It is pretty pricey for a pasta dish, but oh boy, it tastes terrific.
The bar also serves a few choices of desserts. If you are craving something sweet, creamy, and fruity, go grab a bite of their Virgin Cheese Mousse. It is a cheese mousse base topped with strawberry ice cream and fresh strawberries.
As for the drinks, there’s plenty you don’t want to miss. From aperitifs to red wine, cocktails to mocktails, and beers, there’s a drink for every taste and level of thrill. Out of all, I was most intrigued by their Secret of Virgin cocktail drink.
My only gripe with Virgin Rooftop Bar is their slightly slow service times. You might have to wait at least 30 minutes to have your order served at your table. So, I suggest you come here when you are not feeling super hungry yet and order your food and drinks at once to save time.

The open-air terrace, with its mix of dining tables and lounge areas, provides a versatile space for any occasion. The curated music enhances the bar’s ambiance, often featuring live DJs who add a dynamic energy to the night. D.I.B Sky Bar is the ideal destination for those seeking a night of elevated entertainment in the vibrant city of Pattaya.
D.I.B Sky Bar is well-praised for their crafted signature cocktails. We drank a glass, or two, of their best-selling Tequila Sunrise and Singapore Sling. Be happy with their Happy Hour from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.
The bar’s diverse menu includes tapas and a broad selection of international dishes, from Thai to Japanese and Italian cuisines. What I am surprised to see is that they have vegetarian-friendly options like the cannelloni. There are only minimal choices, but having a few on the menu is a good advantage.
D.I.B tends to get loud and very crowded, especially on the weekends. So, if you are looking forward to leisure conversations, this may not be the rooftop spot to hang out.

The bar’s low altitude does not hinder its charm; it provides a closer connection to the ocean, making the views all the more mesmerizing. With water feature settings, comfy bean bags, various snacks, and refreshing cocktails, Le Vela is the epitome of relaxation. It’s the perfect spot for a tranquil evening, soaking in the beauty of Pattaya’s coastline.
The Le Vela mainly serves bar snacks best paired with their crafted signature cocktails. However, the hotel’s Papillon Restaurant offers French bistro-style cuisine if you wish to indulge in heavier meals. The Nicoise Salad here is absolutely delish.
Le Vela is perfect for couples seeking a tranquil evening or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Pattaya’s busier spots.
